What to Expect During the Transition to Tebra
-
Please watch your email and text messages for an invitation or instructions to register for the new Tebra patient portal.
-
You will be asked to complete our new consent form and payment method authorization form, even if you previously completed similar documents in the past.
-
Appointment reminders, portal invitations, forms, statements, and other clinic updates may arrive by email or text through Tebra.
-
Existing appointments are expected to remain in place. If our team needs additional information or notices an issue with an appointment, we will contact you.
-
Please note that Tim’s appointments will be changing from the standard 30-minute visit length to a standard 20-minute visit length starting November.
-
Tim’s email address will change due to his last name update. His previous email will not work anymore. Use our clinic’s main email
-
Prescriptions will continue to be sent electronically to your pharmacy.
-
During the transition, there may be brief delays while information is transferred, and payer enrollments or claim connections are completed. Insurance processing times vary by health plan. If a claim is temporarily delayed, our billing team will continue monitoring it and will contact you if anything is needed from you.

Some processes may change during the transition. Please check our regularly updated FAQs before submitting a request or contacting us with questions.
