Hello
Your guide through growth and connection

Amy is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works from a systems-based, strengths-focused perspective. She partners with clients ages 5 through the entire lifespan, supporting children, adults, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. She understands relationships and individual experiences, builds strong rapport, and helps clients move toward meaningful change.
Amy is especially focused on helping clients and caregivers feel heard, supported, and understood.
Amy brings a calm, steady presence to her work and is skilled at helping families make sense of behaviors or actions that feel overwhelming or hard to manage.
She draws on her experience working in a child and adolescent Intensive Outpatient setting in Woodbury, where she supported individuals and families through some of their toughest moments.
Amy enjoys collaborating with parents, schools, and care teams so clients feel supported across all settings. Her approach is collaborative, practical, and solution-focused, helping clients build clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, reading, cooking, and traveling.
