PeopleFirst Clinic is a mental health clinic in Woodbury, Minnesota. In our first two years we passed $1 million in annual revenue, and we are still growing: more clinicians, more groups, and a new building with a planned intensive outpatient program for kids.
Our team is neurodivergent and neurodivergent-affirming, and this is a welcoming, healing place for kids and families, especially kids who have never felt at home in a clinic. Laughter in the waiting room is not a distraction from the work here. It is part of the work.

$70,000 to $85,000 a year, plus a quarterly bonus targeted at 10 to 15 percent of base
Lead the business side of a growing clinic: lead capture and growth, and organizing and growing the team, so our clinicians can focus on care. This is a working manager role in a mission-driven practice serving queer and BIPOC communities and neurodivergent kids and families.
